MEET OUR TEAM

Holly Nelson, Owner and Certified Personal Trainer
Holly's love and passion has always been fitness. She started off at the very young age of 4 on a swim team and although it was non-competitive she competitively excelled to the highest level of her class. In the years to follow she explored dance, baton and cheerleading. She swam competitively on the High School swim team and when she entered her twenties she began to explore running and yoga. She has 10 full marathons under her belt and an infinite number of half marathons and smaller runs. Yoga kept her body injury free and her mind clear during her brutal marathon training. As her love for yoga grew she decided to begin her certification journey. At the age of 27 she became a certified yoga instructor.
At the age of 33 she set a new goal and competed in her first Figure Competition. She won the show, qualifying her for National Level Competitions, and fell in love with the sport. She has competed in more than 20 shows, most being National Level and to this day still consistently places top 5 on the National Level.
Bottom line, her love and passion is fitness and her goals also consist of helping and spreading her knowledge with others.
"If you set achievable goals and always strive to reach them, you will always be successful. One thing I have learned in life is to never give up! If you fall, get back up and keep going. If you make a mistake, learn from it and move on. Tomorrow is a new day. We are all given opportunities in life, take advantage, of the ones you are given! Don't sell yourself short; if you can make a difference in your life... DO IT! And always, live healthy!"

Ami Finn, Certified Personal Trainer
Ami is a Native to Jacksonville and has been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2014. She started her fitness journey in 2012 after finding out that she was insulin resistant and pre-diabetic. She didn't want to live a life with diabetes or any other health complications so she looked to fitness to incorporate a healthy lifestyle. After learning more about her body and her individual dietary needs, she incorporated yoga, stretching, dancing, and eventually weight training. She immediately loved the adrenaline of lifting and the rewards of the results both externally and internally. As a competitive person and the enjoyment of a challenge, she decided to set a goal to compete in the bodybuilding bikini division. She accomplished her goal and fell in love with being on stage and the experience of competing.
Ami also has an extensive background in dance. Prior to being a Certified Personal Trainer she danced for 19 years, danced competitively 8 of those years and also instructed ball room dancing for 2 years. She went to Lavilla School of the Arts and The Douglas Anderson School of the Arts.

Jen Landry, Certified Personal Trainer
Jen’s journey in the fitness world began at a very young age when she started playing sports. In High School, Jen decided she was going to compete in a different sport every season and maintain her spot on her club soccer team. She was a member of the High School soccer, swim and indoor track teams. Learning to balance these teams with school was not easy but it is exactly what led Jen to attend the University of Maryland and graduate with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology in 2011.
While attending the University of Maryland Jen continued to play soccer for both an intramural team as well as the female club team. She also did an internship with the Strength and Conditioning program and coached a youth soccer team. It was through these programs that Jen discovered her love of fitness. By combining the knowledge of the human body, what makes a good strength program and how to be a great coach Jen decided the next natural step was to become a trainer.
After graduating, Jen found a job as a trainer in Virginia. When she moved to Florida, she knew it was something she wanted to continue to pursue. Since becoming a trainer Jen has also found that training has taught her to push boundaries and test the limits of her physical ability, especially after tearing her ACL and discontinuing soccer. Currently she is working toward running a half marathon in every single state. She has also run a marathon and competed in a Tough Mudder.
“In order to live a happy, functional and long life I believe that health and fitness needs to be a priority. It is important to set goals that you want to reach and to find something that you love to do! I want to help people make that discovery and stay on track. A Health and Fitness journey is not just about today and tomorrow but it is about 5, 10 and 15 years from now.”
