Ladies! You SHOULD eat more protein!

Eat to get lean!

So many woman I talk to and personal train do not eat enough and are definitely not consuming enough protein. I don't know where it stems from but so many woman seem brain washed into thinking starvation is the only way to get "skinny". Guess what, that's why you're fat. Starvation slooooooows down your metabolism, and it is impossible to have a lean physique once you've wrecked your metabolism. AND you have to eat protein. Ladies, I'm not talking about just 2 boiled eggs for your mid-morning snack. If you want to see a difference, you have to eat!! For my weight and daily activities, I eat 6 meals a day, 25 to 30 grams of protein per meal! NOW GO EAT! 💪🐔
